Military Star Card Now accepting the MILITARY STAR Card
Commissary CLICK2GO customers can use MILITARY STAR cards for their online purchases. Patrons using Commissary CLICK2GO, the Defense Commissary Agency’s online shopping and curbside pickup service, can now use the MILITARY STAR card to purchase their groceries through the website.

Special Information
The Department of Defense expanded commissary shopping privileges in the U.S. effective 1 January 2020 as part of the Purple Heart and Disabled Veterans Equal Access Act of 2018, included in the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019. This expansion adds to the existing authorized shopper list here.
Access was expanded to include:
- Veterans with any service-connected disability
- Purple Heart recipients
- Former Prisoners of war, and
- Individuals approved and designated as the primary family caregivers of eligible Veterans under the Department of Veterans Affairs Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers
Protective services civilian employees who are in a position of the following series of the General Schedule are able to shop at the commissary in accordance with Title 10 USC 1066, eligibility of Protective Services Civilian Employees. Only the individual employee may shop not dependents and/or family members.

2. These positions included: Security Administration (GS-0080), Fire Protection and Prevention (GS-0081), Police (GS-0083), Security Guard (GS-0085),

Guest Rules
Guest information - ID card scanning is in effect at all commissaries worldwide 100% ID check conducted at central checkouts. Visitors may accompany authorized patrons into the commissary; however, the installation commander has the authority to restrict visitors from entering installation facilities. Only authorized patrons are allowed to make purchases. When you present your ID card at the register, the cashier must conduct visual verification to confirm that you are the cardholder by looking at the photograph on your card. In addition, DoD Instruction 1330.17 grants installation commanders the discretion to institute 100% ID checks at commissary entrances for security purposes. Because these are separate requirements, your card must be shown and scanned at the register, even if it was also shown at the entrance; we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

When placing special orders, please provide 24-hour notice when possible. Depending upon your needs, more notification may be required.

Beginning April 6, commissaries will charge a nominal fee for single-use paper and plastic bags.
This new policy is designed to reduce operating expenses while continuing to offer significant savings to patrons.
Here's a breakdown of the changes:

Special Order Information
If you would like to place a special order please allow at least 24 hours prior to pickup.
Deli/Bakery Dept. - Special occasion cakes/bakery items are available for order as well as meat, cheese, and sandwich trays.
Meat Dept. - Specialty meats can be ordered in store on request, as well as quantity, and thickness of cuts.
Produce Dept. - Two sizes of fruit and vegetable trays available for pre order. Items vary based on size of tray requested.
