Organic Food Products

You can find organic products throughout your Camp Casey commissary. They are easily identified on store shelves by the small green signs displaying the organic seal of the United States Department of Agriculture. Find a wide variety of organic items ranging from organic milk, eggs, soups, yogurts, frozen veggies, cereals, frozen pizzas, enchiladas, shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions throughout the store. 

Commissaries, AAFES partner to sell each other’s gift cards starting June 22

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) and the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) will be selling their respective gift cards in both commissaries and exchanges beginning June 22. Commissaries will now have reciprocal agreements with AAFES and the Navy Exchange Command (NEXCOM) for gift card sales. DeCA began their partnership with the Navy in May 2018. Both organizations’ gift cards will be open value: AAFES cards sold in commissaries will be available in denominations from $5 to $1,500, and commissary cards sold in exchanges available in amounts from $5 to $300. Authorized customers must still redeem the gift cards at their respective agency or online. Look for them on a rack at full service, front-end registers.

Store Brands are Top Care, Freedom's Choice, Home Base and Tippy Toes. These brands can also be located throughout the store.

Military Star Card

We accept the AAFES Military Star Card. Use your Military Star Card and earn reward points.

• The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) will extend the dates of the current pilot for Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees to shop at select commissary stores in the continental United States to Dec. 31. The DoD-approved pilot originally ran Dec. 5, 2024, through December 31, 2025. This has now been extended to December 31, 2026.

• All civilian employees (appropriated and non-appropriated) with DoD identification will be able to continue shopping at one of the 16 commissaries participating in the pilot program, including your Store Patuxent River
