Mobile app gives shoppers convenient access to Commissary CLICK2GO, sales flyer, recipes and more. Customers can now download a mobile app to access the Defense Commissary Agency’s (DeCA) website programs such as Commissary CLICK2GO online payment and curbside pickup, digital coupons, the sales flyer, dietitian-approved recipes and much more. Available free for download via the Google Play and Apple app stores for Android and Apple devices respectively, the mobile app gives commissary shoppers access to a variety of DeCA’s online functions on their smart phones and tablets.
Commissary CLICK2GO customers can now use MILITARY STAR cards for their online purchases! Patrons using Commissary CLICK2GO, the Defense Commissary Agency’s online shopping and curbside pickup service, can now use the MILITARY STAR card to purchase their groceries through the website.
Use your sales flyer. The DeCA sales flyer offers customers many ways to save at their commissary. Take advantage of the Savvy Shopper Super Saver deals both in the store and online, Rewards Card digital coupons, Pathway to Savings instant rewards card savings, and BOGO deals, all featured in the sales flyer. DeCA recently expanded its sales flyer to overseas military families in the European and Pacific regions. Customers can now plan their next shopping trip or Commissary Click2Go order by accessing the sales flyer link and selecting the region of their choice.
Take advantage of the Your Every Day Savings (YES!) Program. Commissaries are also bringing even more savings for customers through the new and improved Your Everyday Savings (YES!) Program. YES! offers extra savings and value on the products customers buy the most such as milk, eggs, butter, ground beef, baby products and more. Just look for the orange YES! shelf label.
Rewards Card
Load commissary coupons onto your Commissary Rewards Card before you shop. Don’t have a rewards card yet? Pick one up at your local commissary and register it online at the DeCA website.
Save time and money with the Commissary Rewards Card! Manufacturers have provided coupons for our customers to help make the most of your benefit.
Simply create an account on the shop.commissaries.com website. Patrons with a Rewards Card previously registered online are not required to set up a customer account and re-register their card through the new customer portal. These customers can log in to the new site using their existing account information.
Once you have registered your Rewards Card you can view and clip digital coupons on the CLICK2GO website at shop.commissaries.com.
How to Clip Coupons:
1. Visit shop.commissaries.com. If you have not had an account on shop.commissaries.com or MyCommissary you will need to create an account. Patrons who previously used my.commissaries.com can log in using their existing account information.
2. Click on "Coupons" under the "Savings" menu item.
3. Search or browse for desired coupons. You can browse by category by using the menu on the left. When you see a coupon you like simply click "Clip & Save" below the coupon to claim it. You will see a pop-up showing the coupon details and the button will change to "clipped".

Fruit and vegetable trays and baskets are available for your special event or for that special someone. Produce has all the goodness of fresh fruits and vegetables for your parties or dinners. Let us make your fruit and vegetable trays for your holiday meals and parties. Call 478.403.6148.

Contact the Meat Department and place your meat order for that special dinner, cookouts/ etc. Depending on your needs, more notification than 24 hours may be required. Please call 478.403.6148.

Coming to Saudi Arabia
If you are one of the individuals or someone who may be accompanied. It is important that you know what to expect at your local commissary here in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
We are very small and limited but we do carry the common items you would find in a commissary back home. One important thing to point out--due to the restrictions and limitations on who can accompanied the sponsor. We do not carry baby food, or baby supplies. You can be purchased such items on the local economy.
We normally receive food shipments every month by cargo ship from DeCA Europe in Germany. We carry your common non-food items such as paper products and detergents, charcoal and lighter fluid. A good selection of dry and frozen food items. Special orders can take up to 120 days to arrive when first ordered.
A very important fact: All items coming to Saudi Arabia must go through Saudi Customs to include our US Mail. So if your planning to have items sent to you by mail please make sure that what you want is allowed to come into Saudi Arabia. An example of what can not be mailed to Saudi Arabia is pork or pork products, anything to do with alcohol or the making of such is strictly prohibited. Your local post office can help you obtain a list of items restricted.

Shopping Privileges at the Riyadh Commissary are authorized for the following personnel:
- US Military members and GS Civilian employees assigned to USMTM, US Embassy and consulates Personnel and USMTM Mission partners who have a valid support agreement to cost share.
- Third country nationals assigned to USMTM (National Transportation Agreement Employees)

Even more savings at your commissaries
DOD’s “Taking Care of Service Members and Families” initiative will allow us to reduce commissary prices at the register about 3-5 percent on most items – particularly on food staples that struggling military families need most such as bread, eggs, milk and more,” said Bill Moore, director and CEO of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). “With this boost we can achieve at least 25 percent in overall savings for eligible patrons who shop their commissaries.”
Commissary customers are expected to see price changes at most locations by mid-October.
“The commissary system’s commitment to saving military communities money has not wavered for over 30 years,” Moore said. “We remain steadfast in our efforts to improve the quality of life of our eligible patrons by saving them at least a quarter on every dollar they spend on groceries compared to ‘outside the gate’ grocery stores. That’s $50 back in your pocket on a $200 grocery bill! “We are a food security resource for our customers, and as such, we are doing everything we can to get our precious military families the products they need – at the lowest price possible.”

UPDATE: Patrons using Commissary CLICK2GO, the Defense Commissary Agency’s online shopping and curbside pickup service, can now use the MILITARY STAR card to purchase their groceries through the website.
Do you hate to shop, then CLICK2GO may be the answer and it is available Monday to Friday-1100-1700 and NEW Saturday 1100-1500. Do your order at least 3 hours before your desired pick up, and we will have it ready for you when you come. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, up to six days in advance of the desired pickup date.
- How soon can I pick up my order?
There is a minimum three-hour lead-time from the time the order is submitted to the time of curbside pickup.
- What happens if I am going to be late?
If you are running late or will be unable to pick up your order altogether, contact your CLICK2GO commissary via email or phone. That information is located on your confirmation email. The store will accommodate your schedule.
- Should I tip the person handling my order when I pick up my groceries?
No, Commissary CLICK2GO employees are not allowed to accept tips.
- How do I cancel my Commissary CLICK2GO order?
You can cancel an order up to 4.5 hours prior to your reserved pickup time.

- Select “My Account” then select “My Orders.”
- Select the order you want to cancel then scroll down and click "Cancel Order."
- Select “Yes” to continue.
- How Do I add notes to my order?
- To input notes for specific substitution requests or to add additional comments please select the grocery cart in the top right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and select “View Full List.”
- From the drop-down arrow, select your substitution preference and provide any additional instructions in the “Add Notes” section.
- How does Commissary CLICK2GO substitute out of stock items?
- You are able to make substitutions for all items or individual items in your order. You are also able to make specific substitution requests by adding notes to your order.
- We will substitute a like item in the closest size and price of the actual item ordered.
- If you do not approve of the substituted item, it can be deleted from your order at curbside.
- Most items sold in the commissary are available on CLICK2GO. If you know an item is sold in the store, but cannot find it on the website, ask for it in the comments box. And if that item is available, we will add it to you order.
- Does Commissary CLICK2GO accept coupons?
- Yes, digital coupons on the DeCA Rewards Card. Paper coupons are not accepted at this time.
- For Rewards Card coupons to be applied to your order please clip the coupon before you add that desired item to your basket.
- Please add your Rewards Card number in the notes section
- How do I return an item?
- Per our return policy, returns must be handled inside the commissary at customer service.
- Can I use my personal reusable bags?
- Yes. If you would like us to use paper or reusable bags rather than plastic, please let us know by adding comments to your order.

How long does it take a store to restock its shelves based on product availability?
Stores can restock overnight if the products are available in the CDCs and state-side storage facilities. We are monitoring our items sales daily and fully prepared to ship product if quantities run low prior to the next scheduled shipment.
How is the Commissary addressing replenishing stock?
The commissary management assures patrons shelves will continue to be stocked and product availability will be maintained and secured. Deliveries have been increased to the store to ensure product availability, particularly on items that are in high demand. From a product availability standpoint, the commissary is continually working with industry suppliers and installation senior leadership to support the needs of the Fort Knox community.
