The Buckley SFB Commissary is open 362 days per year for your convenience. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. The Commissary will operate normal business hours during the remaining 2026 holidays.

Service Connected Disabled Veterans Entering Buckley For the First Time
Veterans with a service-connected disability have privileges to shop at the Commissary and Exchange system. Veterans entering the installation for the first time will need to register their VA card at the Visitor Center located next to the Mississippi Gate entrance Monday - Friday 0700-1500. This is a onetime requirement. VA Cards MUST say "Service Connected" underneath your photo. VA card holders do not have installation sponsorship privileges and will be unable to bring unauthorized individuals with them. Military commissaries will remain open worldwide for a limited amount of time during a potential lapse in appropriation, the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) announced. In the event of a lapse in appropriation, commissaries will continue full operation.

This policy restricts access in order to minimized the potential for abuse and ensure the U.S. complies with the intent of the SOFA. Organic Food Products
You can find organic products throughout your Camp Casey commissary. They are easily identified on store shelves by the small green signs displaying the organic seal of the United States Department of Agriculture. Find a wide variety of organic items ranging from organic milk, eggs, soups, yogurts, frozen veggies, cereals, frozen pizzas, enchiladas, shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions throughout the store.
Commissaries, AAFES partner to sell each other’s gift cards starting June 22
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) and the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) will be selling their respective gift cards in both commissaries and exchanges beginning June 22. Commissaries will now have reciprocal agreements with AAFES and the Navy Exchange Command (NEXCOM) for gift card sales. DeCA began their partnership with the Navy in May 2018. Both organizations’ gift cards will be open value: AAFES cards sold in commissaries will be available in denominations from $5 to $1,500, and commissary cards sold in exchanges available in amounts from $5 to $300. Authorized customers must still redeem the gift cards at their respective agency or online. Look for them on a rack at full service, front-end registers.

Mobile app for quick access
Customers can now download a mobile app to access the Defense Commissary Agency’s (DeCA) website programs such as Commissary CLICK2GO online payment and curbside pickup, digital coupons, the sales flyer, dietitian-approved recipes and much more. Available free for download via the Google Play and Apple app stores for Android and Apple devices respectively, the mobile app gives commissary shoppers access to a variety of DeCA’s online functions on their smart phones and tablets.
CLICK2GO now accepts EBT/SNAP payments online and in the app
The Commissary CLICK2GO payment processor currently accepts American Express, Discover, EBT/SNAP, Mastercard, Military Star and VISA for online and curbside payments.
EBT/SNAP is only available in the U.S., not at overseas locations. Customers use a card that’s similar to a credit or debit card to access their benefits. The EBT/SNAP account of a participant is debited to reimburse the store for the SNAP authorized items they purchase.
