The Commissary CLICK2GO payment processor currently accepts American Express, Discover, EBT/SNAP, Mastercard, Military Star and VISA for online and curbside payments.
EBT/SNAP is only available in the U.S., not at overseas locations. Customers use a card that’s similar to a credit or debit card to access their benefits. The EBT/SNAP account of a participant is debited to reimburse the store for the SNAP authorized items they purchase.

Organic Food Products
You can find organic products throughout your Camp Casey commissary. They are easily identified on store shelves by the small green signs displaying the organic seal of the United States Department of Agriculture. Find a wide variety of organic items ranging from organic milk, eggs, soups, yogurts, frozen veggies, cereals, frozen pizzas, enchiladas, shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions throughout the store.
Commissaries, AAFES partner to sell each other’s gift cards starting June 22
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) and the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) will be selling their respective gift cards in both commissaries and exchanges beginning June 22. Commissaries will now have reciprocal agreements with AAFES and the Navy Exchange Command (NEXCOM) for gift card sales. DeCA began their partnership with the Navy in May 2018. Both organizations’ gift cards will be open value: AAFES cards sold in commissaries will be available in denominations from $5 to $1,500, and commissary cards sold in exchanges available in amounts from $5 to $300. Authorized customers must still redeem the gift cards at their respective agency or online. Look for them on a rack at full service, front-end registers.

Commissaries announce operational policies and COVID-19 outbreak
1) Commissary cashiers no longer handle patron ID cards.
2) No mask are required at the commissary if you have been vaccinated.
Guest Rules
In order to meet our SOFA obligations, the general rule is that only authorized patrons are allowed entry into the commissary. This policy restricts access in order to minimized the potential for abuse and ensure the U.S. complies with the intent of the SOFA. To protect the commissary benefits, I.D. cards and ration cards will be verified upon checkout.
Special Order Information
Planning a party and can't find something you saw at another commissary? Placing a special order is the way to go! Camp Carroll does not have enough space to carry every item that Humphreys or Osan carries, but we can surely transfer a product down to fit your needs.
