Potential Government Shutdown -- 1 Oct 2025
JBER Community: In the event of a government shutdown on 1 Oct 2025, your JBER commissary will remain open and continue with our normal scheduled days/times as posted.
Refrigeration Systems Work:
Work will begin on the 24-coffin freezers on 5 Oct 2025 to replace the copper lines supporting this area of the commissary. This work is expected to be completed in early November.
We apologize for the inconvenience for both of these actions as they may limit availability of products during the systems replacements.
HOLIDAY HOURS:
MONDAY, 13 Oct 2025 -- Columbus Day -- Your JBER commissary will be open on holiday hours 1000-1800
TUESDAY, 11 Nov 2025 -- Veteran's Day -- Your JBER commissary will be open on holiday hours 1000-1800
Your JBER commissary will be CLOSED on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day

FYI, during severe weather events, your JBER commissary will remain open during the following road conditions:
GREEN, AMBER and RED
Your JBER commissary will CLOSE if the Wing Commander has directed road condition BLACK and your JBER commissary will remain closed as long as the road condition remains BLACK.
Your JBER commissary now has the Commissary Click 2 Go! program available 7-days-a-week. Please log onto the www.commissaries.com website for more information on how to set up a CC2G! account and start ordering your commissary products online and scheduling a date/time to pick them up at your JBER commissary.

Here’s a brief rundown of Commissary CLICK2GO’s features:
- Easy-to-use navigation and search functions to help customers plan healthy meals and take care of their family’s needs

- No service fee (it was waived on all orders for a limited time starting June 28)
Information on how the service works is found on www.commissaries.com with dedicated sections such as “How CLICK2GO Works.” First-time customers will need to create an account.
Customers use a computer or mobile device to make their orders online where they select from commissary products offered based on the store’s stock assortment. After products are selected, the shopper selects a pickup time and pays for their order. At their appointed time they park in designated parking spaces where commissary workers bring their groceries.

Guest Rules
Guests may enter the commissary only when accompanied by an authorized patron. To protect the commissary benefit, I.D. cards will be verified upon checkout at the registers, at self-checkout and Click 2 Go orders. Only authorized patrons may shop and they are also the only personnel authorized to pay for items purchased.
