Here’s a brief rundown of Commissary CLICK2GO’s features:
- Easy-to-use navigation and search functions to help customers plan healthy meals and take care of their family’s needs

- No service fee (it was waived on all orders for a limited time starting June 28)
Information on how the service works is found on www.commissaries.com with dedicated sections such as “How CLICK2GO Works.” First-time customers will need to create an account.
Customers use a computer or mobile device to make their orders online where they select from commissary products offered based on the store’s stock assortment. After products are selected, the shopper selects a pickup time and pays for their order. At their appointed time they park in designated parking spaces where commissary workers bring their groceries.

Foster Poultry Farms, LLC, a Livingston, California establishment, is recalling approximately 3.8 million pounds of chicken corn dog products that may be contaminated with extraneous material.
Eligible patrons can use MILITARY STAR card for commissary purchases through Oct. 31 with no payments at 0% interest for 3 months
Eligible patrons, through Oct. 31, can use their MILITARY STAR card to make interest-free commissary purchases with no payments for three months. Existing and new MIITARY STAR card holders can take advantage of this limited-time offer designed to help provide some financial relief during the ongoing lapse in government appropriations, according to an Army & Air Force news release distributed today.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! On Oct. 13, commissaries honor Navy’s 250 years of service
On Oct. 13, the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) salutes the U.S. Navy on the 250th anniversary of its establishment by the Continental Congress in 1775. “My service in the Navy and my usage of the commissary benefit have gone hand in hand,” said Navy Command Master Chief Mario Rivers, the senior enlisted advisor to the DeCA director. “As a sailor, I’m proud to acknowledge the Navy’s legacy of service on their 250th anniversary, and as DeCA’s senior enlisted advisor, I’m here to say how the agency celebrates our sailors and their families every day by delivering the commissary benefit they’ve earned.”
Nov. 5 is the new deadline to respond to the Defense Commissary Agency’s Request for Information on commissary privatization
Members of the grocer industry and other interested parties now have until 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 5 to respond to the Defense Commissary Agency’s (DeCA) Commissary Privatization Request for Information (RFI), agency and Pentagon officials announced today.
