HP Hood recalls select units refrigerated Lactaid Milk due to possible almond allergen
HP Hood LLC. is recalling five SKUs of LACTAID Milk because the product may contain trace amounts of almond, which is not listed on the label, according to a Department of Defense All Food and Drug Activity message sent Sept. 20.
KTM Services Inc. issues allergy alert on undeclared milk in cookies
KTM Services, Inc. is voluntarily recalling their 5.3 ounce and 17.7-ounce packages of Enjoy Premium Taro Cookie and Enjoy Premium Coconut Cookie because they contain undeclared milk, according to a Department of Defense All Food and Drug Activity message sent Sept. 20.

A new line of Chef-Inspired Freedom’s Choice prepared foods from the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) are now on commissary shelves, offering patrons a significant boost in their quick-to-eat meal options. The new prepared meals provide a fast and convenient option for commissary patrons who want to manage their grocery budget while avoiding fast food, said Edward Walters III, executive director of DeCA’s Sales, Marketing and eCommerce Group.

The NBK Bangor Deli department will be open full service from 0900-1400 on Monday's. The Deli/Bakery will be under new modified hours for Sunday's. The Deli/Bakery will be closing early on Sunday's at 1600. Tuesday-Saturday, the deli/bakery hours are 0900-1900.

Online Ordering
Commissary CLICK2GO, the Defense Commissary Agency’s new online ordering/curbside delivery service!
Here’s a brief rundown of Commissary CLICK2GO’s features:
- Easy-to-use navigation and search functions to help customers plan healthy meals and take care of their family’s needs
- Enhanced product information
- Robust recipe features
- Featured sales and promotions
- Upgraded mobile-friendly experience
- No service fee (it was waived on all orders for a limited time starting June 28)
- Pay online, call the store when you arrive. Park in the designated C2G parking and we will deliver to your car.
- Only pay in store if you are paying with Military Star, WIC, SNAP/EBT.
Information on how the service works is found on www.commissaries.com with dedicated sections such as “How CLICK2GO Works.” First-time customers will need to create an account.
Customers use a computer or mobile device to make their orders online where they select from commissary products offered based on the store’s stock assortment. After products are selected, the shopper selects a pickup time and pays for their order. At their appointed time they park in designated parking spaces where commissary workers bring their groceries. The NBK Bangor CLICK2GO will begin accepting internet orders on August 31, 2021.

A new way to shop! Our deli has created a new app to provide our customers with an easy and convenient way to order a wide variety of products from the NBK Bangor Commissary Deli. Search in the Apple App & Google Play Store for "Commissary Deli" to install our free app. Once your mobile order is complete, you will receive a push notification on your phone letting you know it is ready for pick-up!
NOTE: If you are ordering a sub, wrap or panini and you do not see a topping, meat choice or condiment that you normally see in our deli, please add it to the notes box when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
IN-STORE KIOSK ORDERING
1. Place your order at the store using our Deli Kiosk located at the deli department. 2. Finish your shopping, then stop back at the deli to pick up your order- no need to wait at the deli counter. 3. Pick up location for Kiosk orders are clearly marked.
CUSTOM ORDERS ON THE GO!
Order your custom subs, wraps, paninis and more using our new Commissary Deli mobile app! Your items will be ready when you get to the store in the designated marked pick-up area.
