Mobile app gives shoppers convenient access to Commissary CLICK2GO, sales flyer, recipes and more
Customers can also further their commissary savings through the new and improved Your Everyday Savings (YES!) Program. YES! offers extra savings and value on products customers buy most. Look for the orange YES! label on store shelves.
DeCA’s “Thinking Outside the Box” (TOTB) recipe for the period is Quick & Hearty Turkey Kielbasa Soup. Thinking Outside the Box recipes are dietitian-approved, offering quick and economical solutions for home-cooked meals. Customers can save even more on the items listed in these recipes.
More opportunities to save are available through the Pathway to Savings – “Instant Savings and Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Free” deals and Commissary Rewards Card digital coupons. Customers can save over $65 through these deals. Many more digital coupons are available at https://shop.commissaries.com/digital-coupons. - “Box Tops for Education.” General Mills is offering customers an opportunity to save money while supporting their local schools through the “Box Tops for Education” promotion. - “Military Cat Club.” The club offers high-value coupons only valid at the commissary, and includes welcome gifts, sweepstakes opportunities, pet tips and articles. - How soon can I pick up my order?
- There is a minimum six-hour lead-time from the time the order is submitted to the time of curbside pickup. Cut off is 2359 the night prior for pick up the following day.
- What happens if I am going to be late?
- If you are running late or will be unable to pick up your order altogether, contact your CLICK2GO commissary via email or phone. That information is located on your confirmation email. The store will accommodate your schedule.
- Should I tip the person handling my order when I pick up my groceries?
- No, Commissary CLICK2GO employees are not allowed to accept tips.
- How do I cancel my Commissary CLICK2GO order?

You can cancel an order up to 4.5 hours prior to your reserved pickup time

- Select “My Account” then select “My Orders”
- Select the order you want to cancel then scroll down and click "Cancel Order"
- Select “Yes” to continue
- How Do I add notes to my order?
- To input notes for specific substitution requests or to add additional comments please select the grocery cart in the top right corner of the screen
- Scroll down and select “View Full List”
- From the drop-down arrow, select your substitution preference and provide any additional instructions in the “Add Notes” section
- How does Commissary CLICK2GO substitute out of stock items?
- You are able to make substitutions for all items or individual items in your order. You are also able to make specific substitution requests by adding notes to your order.
- We will substitute a like item in the closest size and price of the actual item ordered.
- If you do not approve of the substituted item it can be deleted from your order at curbside.
- Most items sold in the commissary are available on CLICK2GO. If you know an item is sold in the store, but cannot find it on the website, ask for it in the comments box. And if that item is available we will add it to you order.
- Does Commissary CLICK2GO accept coupons?
- Yes, digital coupons on the DeCA Rewards Card. Paper coupons are not accepted at this time.
- For Rewards Card coupons to be applied to your order please clip the coupon before you add that desired item to your basket.
- Please add your Rewards Card number in the notes section
- How do I return an item?
- Per our return policy, returns must be handled inside the commissary at customer service.

Commissaries announce operational policies amid COVID-19 outbreak.
1) Commissary cashiers no longer handle patron ID cards.
These policies include the following actions:
- Effective immediately, a 100-percent ID card check at all commissaries, so that only authorized customers will be able to shop. Children under 10 with their parents don’t have to have an ID card.
- Effective March 15, to prevent customer-to-customer spread of germs, commissary cashiers no longer handle patron ID cards. Instead, customers will be asked to scan their own ID. Cashiers can use the handheld scanner if available or have the customer scan their own card.
- In a move to lessen panic-buying, the agency instructed its store directors worldwide to use their discretion in placing the shopping limits necessary to help maintain stock availability.
2) Shopping limits may be imposed on items deemed necessary by each individual Commissary Officer

These brands all offer high-quality, low-cost store brand options.

Our military members greatly appreciate your support helping them stretch their hard-earned dollars every month. As soon as we receive the coupons, our staff makes every effort to sort them and get them on the products. Coupons are valid an additional 6 months of expiration date in Overseas commissary stores only.

In a hurry? Stop by the Grab-N-Go case. Come and grab some sushi or one of our ready-to-eat sandwiches packed with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard. 100% Military ID check is in effect.
Guest information - ID card scanning is in effect at all commissaries worldwide 100% ID check conducted at central checkouts. Visitors may accompany authorized patrons into the commissary; however, the installation commander has the authority to restrict visitors from entering installation facilities. Only authorized patrons are allowed to make purchases. When you present your ID card at the register, the cashier must conduct visual verification to confirm that you are the cardholder by looking at the photograph on your card. In addition, DoD Instruction 1330.17 grants installation commanders the discretion to institute 100% ID checks at commissary entrances for security purposes. Because these are separate requirements, your card must be shown and scanned at the register, even if it was also shown at the entrance. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
