Snyder's-Lance Inc. is voluntarily recalling several sizes of their macadamia nut products due to a risk of Salmonella contamination, according to a Department of Defense All Food and Drug Activity message sent Aug. 31.

Bimbo Bakeries USA Inc. is recalling several items of Entenmann's products due to the presence of small pieces of plastic caused by a manufacturing failure at one of its contracted bakeries, according to a Sept. 1 notice.

Kraft Heinz Company is voluntarily recalling select Oscar Mayer ham products due to the possibility of spoilage prior to the "best when used by" date, according to Sep. 13 notice. There is no food safety issue; however, quality may be affected.

Kellogg Company is voluntarily recalling one variety of Eggo Whole Wheat Waffles because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, according to a recall notice from the Defense Commissary Agency's food safety office sent Sept. 19.

Ferrara Candy is voluntarily recalling certain Brach's Almond Supremes candy because some packages were inadvertently packed with Brach's Bridge Mix according to a Sep. 21 notice. The Bridge Mix contains undeclared peanut and wheat allergens.

Bausch + Lomb is voluntarily recalling its PeroxiClear 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Cleaning & Disinfecting Solution because product testing revealed occurrences of residual peroxide remaining in the lens case, according to a Oct. 1 notice.

After a voluntary recall of specific Blue Bell ice cream products in September, the recall is expanding to include all products made with a cookie dough ingredient because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Unilever U.S. is voluntarily recalling a limited number of pints of Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter Core ice cream because they may contain soft, clear pieces of plastic, according to an Oct. 13 notice.
