Madhava Natural Sweeteners is voluntarily recalling their MMM… Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix because of undeclared milk allergens, according to a Department of Defense All Food and Drug Activity message sent Aug. 13.

Litehouse Inc. is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of its OPA Ranch Greek yogurt dressing due to an undeclared allergen as a result of mislabeling, according to a recall notice from the Defense Commissary Agency’s food safety office sent Aug. 15.

Materne North America Corp. has added more production codes to an earlier recall on its GoGo squeeZ® applesauce product due to possible adulteration from food product residue. The original recall was announced by the company March 5.
