Give the Gift of Groceries
Anyone may purchase a $25, $50 up to $300. dollars Commissary Gift Card for an authorized patron online or at all commissaries worldwide. Look for them on a rack at full service, front-end registers.
Commissary Store Brands
Three store brands are now available in the commissary. The three brands are Freedom's Choice for food products, Home Base for nonfood items, and Top Care for first aid supplies, vitamins, over the counter medications, and beauty care. Store brands are a high-quality, low-cost alternative to national brands.
Coupon Crusaders
Your Chinhae Commissary would like to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has taken the time to clip and send coupons to the commissary. Our military members greatly appreciate your support helping them stretch their hard earned dollars every month. As soon as we receive the coupons, our staff makes every effort to sort them and get them on the products. This new effort to actually place the coupons directly on the product is a big hit in all of our commissaries. It certainly makes saving easier. People helping people. Customer service at its finest. Coupons are good for an additional 6 months after their expiration date overseas only..

To place a special order please inquire with our friendly commissary employees for details. Please give us 72 hours notice on all special orders. Deliveries are received every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Camp Walker/Daegu, Camp Humphrey Dry CDC and Osan Chill/ Freeze CDC.
Planning a party and can't find something in your commissary, do you see product at another commissary? Placing a special order is the way to go! Due to our ever-changing unique clientele, Chinhae does carry a unique assortment, as well, but if you are unable to locate an item you previously purchased at one of our neighboring commissary stores...special ordering is the way to go to get your item delivered to the Chinhae Commissary!!!

McConnell Air Force Base Commissary is now a 7-day operating facility - as part of the Defense Commissary Seven Day pilot program.
MCCONNELL AIR FORCE BASE, Kansas – The McConnell Air Force Base Commissary is pleased to announce the store will be open seven days a week starting June 6.
The new Monday opening is part of a Defense Commissary Agency pilot program and will offer full services, from 1000hrs to 1800hrs with items such as:
- Self-checkout registers and Cashier
- Full meat market operations to serve you
- Deli/bakery will be open along with having Pre-made sandwiches, salads (ie. grab and go) will be available
The commissary is determined to provide exceptional service, therefore we have extended our opening days to 7 days a week, for your convenience.
“The commissary benefit is a significant boost to military quality of life, and we are exploring various ways like seven-day shopping to help our customers maximize it.”

Deli/Bakery Dept:
Deli/Bakery is now OPEN on Mondays from 1000-1400hrs. Minimum manning only allows for Sandwiches and for sliced Meats and Cheeses.
The Deli/Bakery now offers prepared hot lunch specials on Tues-Sat from 1100hrs to 1300hrs and will be located in the Rotisserie Chicken Warmer in front of the Self Checkout lanes. Varieties include:
Chicken Alfredo, Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Wrap, Chicken Parmesan Grilled Wrap, BBQ Chicken Grilled Wrap.
Hours prior to 1100 and after 1300hrs these prepared meals will be located in the Grab N Go cooler next to the Sushi dept. and in the Sandwich case in the Deli/Bakery dept.
Meat Dept. Power Boxes:
The Meat Dept. offers Power Boxes. In the boxes, there are different cuts of Meats. Please call 501-435-3429 x3007 or see one of the Meat Dept. employees for more information on these Power Boxes.

The Express Lane is Register 1 with 20 items or less.
Registers 8 and 9 are now UNLIMITED Self-bagging registers.

We accept the AAFES Military Star Card. Use your Military Star Card and earn reward points. Please contact AAFES Customer Service on how you can apply and learn more about the Military Star Card

We now accept all eWIC transactions at registers 1-9 only.
EBT
EBT transactions cannot be processed through the Self-Checkouts. Please use all In-Lane registers (1-9) for these transactions.

Expanded Shopping Privileges:
The Department of Defense expanded commissary shopping privileges in theU.S. effective 1 January 2020 as part of the Purple Heart and Disabled Veterans Equal Access Act of 2018, included in the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.
Access was expanded to include:
- Veterans with any service-connected disability
- Purple Heart recipients
- Former Prisoners of war, and
- Individuals approved and designated as the primary family caregivers of eligible Veterans under the Department of Veterans Affairs Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers

Unauthorized Shoppers:
Individuals who do not possess a Military ID, (Active Duty, Retired, Dependent, Guard/Reserve and VA expanded eligible) must be accompanied by an authorized shopper/sponsor. Only Authorized shoppers can purchase items in the Commissary.

Only Service animals are welcomed into the Commissary. We ask that your Service animal not be placed in the shopping carts.

Did you know you could place special orders for those popular items you always seem to miss when you come to shop?
Stop by the Customer Service window located at the front of the store and ask to place a special order. Or, you can speak to one of our store workers to place your order.
Please have a description of the item and UPC # available. If it's not something we carry in the commissary, bring the information with you and we will try our best to locate that product and try to carry it in the store.
Feds Feed Families: Stateside commissaries serve as collection points
Commissaries are again serving as common collection points for 2018’s Feds Feed Families campaign, which began Aug. 10 this year, and continues through Oct. 15 at participating stateside military installations.
Football fans can use their commissary for big game menus
Football fans can get all they need for their tailgate menu or television snacks at extra savings at their commissary, said the Defense Commissary Agency’s director of sales.

HP Hood LLC recalls limited number of half-gallon almond milk cartons due to undeclared allergen
HP Hood LLC is voluntarily recalling a limited number of half gallon cartons of refrigerated Vanilla Almond Breeze almond milk because the product may contain actual milk, an undeclared allergen, according to a Department of Defense All Food and Drug Activity message sent Aug 2.
Commissaries honor Coast Guard’s 228 years of service
The U.S. Coast Guard’s experience operating commissaries dates back to 1909, so it’s no wonder that the Defense Commissary Agency will join with them in observing their 228th birthday Aug. 4.
