• Norfolk NAVSTA Commissary

• Oceana NAS Commissary

• Patuxent River NAS Commissary

• Portsmouth NNSY Commissary, Virginia

This temporary access does not include:

• DOD Civilian Employee Family members
• Former or Retired DOD Civilian Employees
• Access to Online Shopping (Commissary CLICK2GO®)

Guam & Puerto Rico

The Department of Defense (DoD) has authorized limited commissary shopping privileges for current DoD civilian employees and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees stationed in Guam and Puerto Rico. This expansion is in addition to regular commissary shoppers.

Eligible employees may shop in-store at the following commissary locations:

• Orote Field Commissary, Guam

• Andersen Air Force Base Commissary, Guam

• Fort Buchanan Commissary, Puerto Rico

DoD Civilian Employees

• DoD civilian employees at these commissary locations may shop in-store, even without a transportation agreement. Commissary CLICK2GO® privileges are not authorized at this time.
• Eligible family members may shop with proper credentials.

DHS Employees

• DHS employees stationed at these commissary locations can shop in-store. Commissary CLICK2GO® privileges are not authorized at this time.
• Family members are not authorized under this provision.
• Show your PIV card for access and eligibility.

These privileges are in addition to regular commissary shoppers and are separate from active-duty military access. Contact the local installation’s Visitor Control Center or Component to ensure proper credentials and installation access.
